At one time or another, every leader has had a moment of panic where they just didn’t know what to do. They have to stay calm and keep an even head. This gives them the ability to make tough decisions under pressure.

A leader must never be anything less than his best before his followers. Subordinates cannot see their leader falter or show uncertainty.
